Shipping policy
Order Confirmation
• Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment.
• Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. If there are any issues with stock or payment authorization, we will contact you before processing.
Order Shipment
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
• Please allow 3–7 business days for tracking information to update after you receive your tracking number, as some items may ship from international warehouses.
Delays & Responsibility
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural events, postal strikes, holidays, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
• Once an order has been shipped and tracking shows “In Transit” or “Delivered,” any delivery issues should be resolved directly with the carrier.
Damaged or Defective Items
• All damage, defect, or missing item claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos of the item and packaging.
• Claims submitted after this window will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Incorrect Addresses
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
• We are not liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
