Eligibility for Returns
    •    You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
    •    Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
    •    Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Certain products depending on supplier might be ineligible for returns.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:
    •    Items marked final sale.
    •    Custom or personalized products.
    •    Products that show signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by shipping.
    •    Digital downloads or gift cards.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery.
We may request photos or videos to confirm the issue before approving a replacement or refund.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email whether it’s been approved.
    •    Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
    •    Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.


Return Shipping
    •    Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
    •    We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us.
    •    If the return is due to our mistake or a defective item, we will cover the return shipping cost.


Exchanges

If you’d like a different size, color, or item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
